Capital Community College: Online Auction Opens Ahead of Capital Community College’s Changing Live Celebration, Friday, October 22

The countdown is on for the 16th Life Changing Celebration, which will take place virtually from the downtown campus of Capital Community College from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, October 22.

The Changing lives at silent auctionsn, traditionally held as part of the in-person event on campus, is now mobile and open to navigation and auction until the Friday celebration. services of our auction partners.

In order to participate in the online auction, you must create an account to place a bid on any of the items in the catalog. Once registered, you will receive updates and notifications on the items that interest you. Follow the link to login and create an account:

The Changing Lives celebration for supporters, friends and alumni will focus on the College’s Workforce and Continuing Education School new work-study programs that lead to “a first job, a better job and a career” as students gain specialist knowledge and referrals for immediate employment and opportunities for further education. Alumni Wall of Fame winners will share their stories in a program that will feature Island Reflections Dance Company and singer from Hartford Nidayah Bolling. The net proceeds will benefit the College’s work-study programs and scholarships.

To participate in the Friday celebration, register at the link below. Donations are invited at the Supporter ($ 100), Friend ($ 50) and Alumni ($ 25) levels. Those who register will receive a link to join the celebration on Friday. Supporters and friends will receive a Changing Lives gift box for their contribution.
