St. John’s Lutheran School will hold a live auction this Thursday; agricultural services, concert tickets, hotel stay among items for auction

St. John’s Lutheran School in Stuttgart is hosting a live auction at the Open Season Sports Bar and Grill this Thursday, March 10 starting at 6 p.m. . This year’s auction will be different as the center is still closed for repairs.

“Tickets are $25 per person. This year it will be an adult-only event. This is the first year we’ve done this. Your ticket includes a drink and appetizers,” Dabbs said.

Organizers are asking attendees to purchase tickets prior to the event.

“They can be purchased at the school office. You can call the school office and speak to Ms. Melissa at 870-673-7096,” Dabbs said. “She can also give you a list of auction items if you want. We can email it, or you can pick up a hard copy.

Several items are auctioned.

“We have concert tickets for Chris Stapleton. We also have a lot of rice seed, soybean seed and corn seed. We have excavator rentals and aerial applications,” Dabbs said. “There’s also a gift certificate to the Alluvian Hotel from the Farmers and Merchants Bank, diesel, well inspections, and our bespoke duck call from Rich-N-Tone Calls.”

All proceeds from the event will be donated to St. John’s Lutheran School.

“It helps fund our programs, programs and technology,” Dabbs said.

Dabbs said everyone is welcome to attend the school auction.

“If you want to get out there and support the school, we’d love to have you. It’s going to be a really fun event and we’re very excited,” Dabbs said.
