Zoo To Do’s live auction packages range from behind-the-scenes to delightful experiences


First, the not-so-good news: North Texas weather guessers are waving red flags about Friday being a stormy day especially in the afternoon.

Now for the news from heaven: Friday’s odious weather will be gone in time for Saturday night’s. Zoo 2022 to do‘s “Wild and Wonderful” at the Dallas Zoo with temperatures just perfect for those cashmere sweaters and scarves you’ve been dying to pull out of the closet.

And to fire up the fundraising engines, the co-chairs of Zoo To Do Marena and Roger Gault just unveiled live auction packages that include:

  • A behind-the-scenes tour of the Dallas Zoo’s Giraffe Barn, followed by a chef-prepared dinner and specialty cocktails for 10 at the Simmons Family Base Camp in the zoo’s Savannah Giants area.

  • Twenty lucky couples are having an incredible evening at the Hall Arts Hotel, complete with live music, zoo animal ambassadors, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in May 2023.

  • A perennial favorite – private dining for you and your guests with in-home dining prepared by star chefs from some of Dallas’ most popular restaurants.

Additionally, they report that the Zoo To Do silent auction and raffle page is active and ready to bid. here. So that means if you can’t make it to the really big event, you can stay in your jammies and still support the zoo by getting a winning bid.
